GO FOR IT! 

The program, under the direction of Larry Seidman and Yuval Higger, is a high level sports training program for varsity level American swimmers and tennis players in Israel. Yuval coached Gillad Blum, Harel Levy and Shahar Peer, all world ranked players. Adult chaperones accompany the participants during all phases of the program. Participants who commit for the 2012 summer program will be able to withdraw for any reason prior to April 15, 2012.

Each North American participant and their family will be asked to commit to hosting Israeli athletes who come to the United States to train or compete. Every precaution will be taken to ensure that the participants are free to have fun in a safe and wholesome environment.

Experience Life Like An Israeli

The program combines intensive training, competition, touring, and home hospitality. Home hospitality is an important element of the program. It enriches the cultural and social experience. Each participant will have significant interaction with Israeli teenagers and their families.

There is no cost for the Israel Sports Exchange.

The Israel Sports Exchange sponsoring includes:

	Round trip airfare between Israel and JFK/Newark
	Lodging
	Meals
	Sports instruction
	Touring fees
	Admission to special events and museums

The Israel Sports Exchange sponsoring does not include:

	Passport costs
	Incidental expenses
	Expenses associated with medical emergencies
	Supplemental medical costs
	Medications
	Cost of travel to New York and back to your hometown
	Baggage and theft insurance or any cost incurred through damage to, or loss of any personal property.

The Israel Sports Exchange is limited to 8 athletes.

Applications will be processed in the order they are received. Applicants who qualify will be notified and asked to confirm their participation. When the maximum number for each sport is reached a waiting list will be established.
